Created by Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), the award honors those who go above and beyond—on and off the track—uplifting others and breaking barriers along the way. Each SHEro represents courage, leadership, and the power of mentorship, serving as an inspiration to current and future generations of women pursuing their dreams in the industry.

More than just a recognition, the SHEro Award shines a light on the personal stories and professional achievements that make these women true changemakers. Whether they’re racers, engineers, executives, or advocates, each honoree reflects WIMNA’s mission to Advance, Connect, and Enable women across all areas of motorsport. Presented in partnership with AdventHealth, Jostens, and Mazda, the SHEro Award reminds us that progress is fueled not only by performance, but by the people who champion inclusion, resilience, and impact at every level of the sport.
