OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Women in Motorsports North America is a community of professional women and men devoted to supporting opportunities for women across all disciplines of motorsport by creating an inclusive, resourceful environment to foster mentorship, advocacy, education, and growth, thereby ensuring the continued strength and successful future of our sport.

WOMEN WITH DRIVE V -
DRIVEN BY MOBIL 1

Over 630 women and men - from all disciplines of motorsports - attended our fifth annual sold out summit, which was held on Dec. 8-10, 2025, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN.

WIMNA is expanding our impact across the US, currently including chapters in Charlotte, Detroit, Indianapolis, Monterey, and Southern California. These chapters support our mission to Advance, Connect, and Enable women in all facets of motorsports.

2025 COLLEGIATE CASE COMPETITION

Produced in collaboration with the Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University and powered by the generous support of ABB, Dallara, and Quarles, $5,000 in scholarships was awarded to the top-three teams during Women with Drive V.

SHEro AWARD: HONORING WOMEN MAKING AN IMPACT IN MOTORSPORTS

WIMNA, Mazda, AdventHealth, and Jostens collaborate to support this growing initiative, which has honored 55 women since its 2023 launch. Each year, one national honoree is selected from the nominees and celebrated at the annual Women with Drive V – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit.

BOSCH, WIMNA PARTNERSHIP: ELECTRIFY YOUR CAREER IN MOTORSPORTS

WIMNA has partnered with Bosch since 2023 for at-track career workshops and networking opportunities:
2026 events will take place at the Grand Prix of Long Beach, Detroit Grand Prix, and Bank of America 400 (Charlotte).

WIMNA, GAINBRIDGE & MICHAEL MCDOWELL AT MARTINSVILLE

On October 26, 2025, Michael McDowell's NASCAR Cup car featured a special WIMNA paint scheme. From engineers and executives to team members, track staff, and sponsors, this collaboration with Spire Motorsports put the spotlight on the women who keep our sport moving forward.

$200K CONTINGENCY FUND PROGRAM

Partnering with Busch Light in 2023 and 2024, WIMNA created a bespoke point system aimed at rewarding successful women drivers.
The contingency fund paid out a total of $400,000 to the top-3 finishers in each of the two years.

LIME ROCK PARK:
OFFICIAL WIMNA REGIONAL HUB

In July 2023, Lime Rock Park and WIMNA announced a partnership focused on the development and execution of events, activities, promotions, and support of women interested in or already participating in motorsports. The alliance kicked off with a reception celebrating the accomplishments of women in various motorsports disciplines.
