This exclusive program is open only to registered Summit attendees and is designed to Advance, Connect, and Enable the next generation of women in motorsports.

Seven outstanding students will rotate through rapid-fire, one-on-one interviews with seven motorsports HR executives.

This unforgettable experience gives candidates the chance to:

• Receive real-time feedback
• Build meaningful industry connections
• Gain visibility with top hiring leaders

Scholarships will be awarded to the top three participants during the WWDV Awards Presentation presented by Gainbridge.

• 1st Place: $1,000
• 2nd Place: $500
• 3rd Place: $250
