INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. (June _, 2025) – CoForce, a leading motorsports-focused digital media and marketing agency, is thrilled to announce their partnership with Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA). This partnership, which formalizes a working relationship that began during the 2024 Women with Drive (WWD) – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit, and underscores the organizations’ shared commitment to inclusive storytelling and representation in racing.

“We have gotten to know the WIMNA team very well over the past year,” said Jonny Baker, CEO of CoForce and Gearbox Studios. “What impresses me most is just how tangible their work is. They’re consistently out front-visible, engaged, and delivering real opportunities for women in motorsports who can be difference makers. I am very proud of the women we have on our team, and I view them all as “difference makers” in our company. Seeing them invested in this initiative is amazing to see, and a good example of this is demonstrated through our internship program. We have three female interns that have come to light through this partnership, and they are being mentored and led by our women at CoForce and not just because they are women, but because they are the best at what they do. And that’s what this partnership is all about.”

Cindy Sisson, Executive Director, Women in Motorsports North America, added: “Our partnership with CoForce represents exactly what WIMNA is all about—collaboration, access, and action. From day one, the CoForce team has not only embraced our mission, but helped us bring it to life by creating space for women to lead, learn, and grow within motorsports. The Indianapolis Chapter launch is a pivotal step forward, and we’re proud to have CoForce driving the creative engine behind it.”

This partnership is rooted in our mutual belief in the power of authentic storytelling and equitable access to opportunity. Together, CoForce and WIMNA aim to expand pathways for women across all roles in motorsports, on and off the track.

CoForce has consistently demonstrated its support for WIMNA’s mission through multiple touchpoints. In February 2025, the agency hosted WIMNA’s winter networking event at its Gearbox Studios office in Indianapolis, providing headshots, beauty services, and valuable industry networking. Earlier this year, CoForce also welcomed WIMNA collegiate participants for a behind-the-scenes look into the motorsports marketing and media landscape—building career awareness and mentorship opportunities with CoForce leadership.

Looking ahead, CoForce will provide media coverage, content creation, and promotional support for the official launch of the WIMNA Indianapolis Chapter on June 24, 2025, at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. The launch event will feature networking, industry speakers, and collaborative discussions to drive WIMNA’s mission forward in the Midwest.
