To participate, visit www.WomenInMotorsportsNA.com and follow the online voting instructions.

Voting begins 12:00 a.m. ET on October 20, 2025, and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on October 27, 2025.

To cast your vote:

• Click on a nominee’s photo to view their bio.
• Select “Vote” to submit your choice.
• Each person may cast up to five (5) votes per day per valid email address (12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. ET).

 

Each ballot submission counts as one (1) vote.

Votes generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. The use of multiple email addresses, aliases, or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual during one day is prohibited.

WIMNA reserves the right to disqualify any votes that are fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Official Rules. Participation constitutes agreement to abide by all terms and final decisions made by Women in Motorsports North America (“WIMNA”) regarding the Award.

 

RULE 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By submitting a vote, you agree to:

• Follow these Official Rules and the final decisions of WIMNA and its partners.
• Permit WIMNA to use your vote information for award verification and administration.
• Accept that WIMNA may suspend, modify, or cancel the voting process in the event of technical issues, tampering, or other factors beyond its control.

 

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or interfere with the legitimate conduct of voting may be a violation of criminal and civil law. WIMNA reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

All votes become the property of WIMNA and will not be acknowledged or returned. Personal information collected during the voting process will be used solely for administering the Award and in accordance with WIMNA’s Privacy Policy.

 

RULE 3. PRIZES

No prizes, compensation, or incentives will be awarded to voters.

Voting is for recognition and celebration purposes only.

 

RULE 4. VOTING RESULTS

Voting closes 11:59 p.m. ET on October 27, 2025.

The nominee receiving the highest number of verified votes will be named the 2025 National WIMNA SHEro Award Winner, presented by AdventHealth, Jostens, and Mazda.

The winner will be announced at the Women with Drive V – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit in December 2025 in Indianapolis, IN.

WIMNA reserves the right to make all final determinations regarding vote eligibility, counting, and winner selection.
