Beth Paretta is the founder, owner, and Team Principal of Paretta Autosport — the first women-forward team to compete in the INDYCAR Series. Launched in 2021, the team made its historic debut at the Indianapolis 500, marking a milestone in the event’s 110-year history. Approximately 65% of the team’s roster is comprised of women across engineering, mechanics, over-the-wall pit crew, marketing, and operations — a groundbreaking model in elite motorsport competition.
Prior to founding Paretta Autosport, Beth held senior executive leadership roles in finance, operations, and marketing at Volkswagen Group, Aston Martin, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). At FCA, she became the first woman to lead both a performance brand and global motorsports portfolio as Director of SRT (Street and Racing Technology), overseeing production vehicle strategy and racing programs in NASCAR, IMSA, SRO, SuperCross, TransAm, Global RallyCross, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
In 2022, alongside Lyn St. James, Beth co-founded Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), advancing opportunities for women across all disciplines of racing through mentorship, networking, and career development. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and as the global marketing delegate to the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission. Recognized as a “Game Changer” and “Power Player” by Sports Business Journal and an “Industry Influencer” by the Automotive Hall of Fame, Beth is originally from Farmington, Connecticut.
Lyn St. James, Co-Founder/Past President of Women in Motorsports North America, is a legendary race car driver, author, mentor, and motivational speaker.
Named one of the “Top 100 Female Athletes of the 20th Century” by Sports Illustrated, Lyn St. James has set 21 national and international speed records and was a seven-time competitor in the world’s largest sporting event – the Indianapolis 500 – earning Rookie of the Year honors in 1992. She has competed all over the world, including twice at the 24 Hours of LeMans (1989, 91) with victories at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Watkins Glen, Road America, and Nürburgring.
Lyn is an inductee into the National Motorsports Press Association Hall of Fame, the Automotive Hall of Fame, the Sebring Hall of Fame, the Florida Sports Hall of Fame, was the 2022 Amelia Island Concours Honoree, is the recipient of the prestigious “Spirit of Ford” award, the “Guiding Woman in Sports Award”, the “Office Depot Visionary Sportswoman of the Year” and was named on Automotive News list of the Top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry. She is in demand as a motivational speaker on the power of motorsports, gender equality, and diversity.
She serves on the NASCAR Appeals Commission and the IndyCar Review & Appeals Board. She has authored two books: “Lyn St. James, An Incredible Journey” and “Oh By the Way” and is a former President of the Women’s Sports Foundation. Lyn is passionate about mentoring drivers in the sport of auto racing as well as women in the automotive and motorsports fields.
Cindy Sisson has built a distinguished career across motorsports, sports marketing, and nonprofit leadership. She has served as the Executive Director of WIMNA since the inception and was responsible for creating the first Women With Drive Summit and continues to produce the Summit celebrating its sixth year in 2026. Director of Marketing for Roush Racing, Partnership Director for the Petersen Automotive Museum and has raised more than $60 million in sponsorships for NASCAR drivers, teams, and tracks. She helped create produce the inaugural Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America, which has raised millions of dollars for children’s charities since its inception in 1994. She also launched two Concours d’Elegance events, curated the first Women in Motorsports exhibit at the Savoy Museum, and produced award-winning documentaries highlighting legends Shirley Muldowney, Paula Murphy, and Betty Skelton that have respectively aired on Fox during the month of March for Women’s History Month.
Appointed by Congress in 2017 to leadership at the National Foundation on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition, Cindy has also served as President of HOPSports and Owner/Team Manager of the USPS Pro Cycling Team. Her earlier career includes executive roles with Gatorade, the LPGA, and the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. A graduate of Pepperdine University and UCLA, she resides in Mooresville, North Carolina, and is the proud mother of Tafton Hensley, a NASCAR tire changer for Team Penske.
Lisa Boggs joined Bridgestone Americas as Director of Motorsports in May 2013, bringing over 20 years of motorsports experience, including advertising, integrated communications, on- and off-track activation, content development, and crisis management. In this role, Boggs leads the motorsports marketing and sponsorship activities for Firestone Racing within the NTT INDYCAR® SERIES.
Before joining Bridgestone Americas, Boggs was a vice president at Edelman Public Relations, responsible for the company’s motorsports practice. Her portfolio covered various industries and motorsports properties, primarily on INDYCAR and NASCAR. Her clients included: IZOD, Shell, Office Depot, Burger King, Dickies, Armor All, and STP.
The NTT INDYCAR® SERIES is where Boggs’ career and passion for motorsports began. She spent eight years with Philip Morris on behalf of its sponsorship of Marlboro Team Penske. Her work with Philip Morris began during an 11-year stint at the Leo Burnett Company.
Boggs, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, has worked on several well-recognized industry programs: The 100th Anniversary of the Indianapolis 500, which was chosen as a PR Week Award Finalist; the Armor All web series, which received a Bronze Addy (Los Angeles); the employee engagement live webcast of Shell’s Return to Racing, which won a Houston PSRA Gold Excalibur; and finally, Office Depot was named NASCAR’s Marketer of the Year and won its Driving Business Award.
Boggs currently serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. She has been a panelist at the Motorsports Marketing Forum, was selected as a member of the Sports Business Journal’s “2013 Class of Game Changers,” and was named one of the Nashville Post’s “Most Powerful Women” in 2014. She resides in Nashville, Tenn.
Renee Dupuis began racing Quarter Midgets at just five years old, earning multiple championships, six track records, and five Driver of the Year awards. By 15, she captured the 1994 Pro Four Modified Series Championship before advancing to the NASCAR Modified division at Riverside Park Speedway. There, she earned Rookie of the Year honors, seven Most Popular Driver awards, and became the first—and only—female in the track’s 51-year history to win a NASCAR Modified feature. She later competed in the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series (now the Whelen Modified Tour) and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour, where she still holds the highest starting and finishing positions of any female driver in the series’ 40-year history.
Beyond the cockpit, Renee is a respected coach and mentor, working with SCCA Track Night in America and Time Trial Nationals, instructing for Doug Herbert’s B.R.A.K.E.S. Teen Pro-Active Driver Training, and training U.S. Army Special Forces in tactical driving.
A founding Board Member of Women in Motorsports North America and Owner/Director of Series Development for the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series, Renee continues to open doors and elevate opportunities for the next generation in motorsports.

Lauri Eberhart, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Member of Eberhart Law, PLLC. A lifelong sports industry executive, Lauri is a respected media commentator and speaker on sports business and legal matters, recently featured in Sports Business Journal. She has been recognized as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer, Charlotte Businesswoman of the Year, Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40, and one of the Best Lawyers in Sports Law. She most recently served as CEO of Friends of Laguna Seca, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the restoration, revitalization, and reinvention of WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
Before joining Friends of Laguna Seca, Lauri built a distinguished career in sports law and motorsports operations. She is a Co-Founder of Apollo Sports & Entertainment Law Group and served as General Counsel for Speedway Motorsports and Charlotte Motor Speedway. She also led day-to-day operations of Charlotte Motor Speedway for three years. Her experience also includes roles with Michigan International Speedway and Richmond Raceway. Over the course of her career, she has negotiated and closed more than $5 billion in high-profile sports transactions, promoted and operated hundreds of major live events, and structured landmark agreements across the motorsports landscape, including partnerships with leading racing series, teams, sponsors, and broadcast networks.
Sarah Fisher is a trailblazer in motorsports, holding the record for the most Indianapolis 500 starts by a woman with nine starts in nine attempts. She was the first woman to win the pole position for a major North American open-wheel race and also holds the current track record at Kentucky Speedway. She was also the first woman to podium in a major North American open-wheel race.
Beyond her success behind the wheel, Fisher made history as the first female INDYCAR team owner, leading her team for eight seasons. She drove for her own team in three of those years and later guided future two-time Indy 500 Champion Josef Newgarden to his first two career wins.
Fisher has been recognized as one of “Indy’s Best and Brightest Leaders Under 40” and was voted “Most Popular Driver” four times across both INDYCAR and NASCAR competition. She has served on the National Women’s Business Council, The 500 Festival and the Capital Improvement Board of Indianapolis.
Today, Fisher is a thriving small business entrepreneur in Indiana, having co-owned Whiteland Raceway Park and Speedway Indoor Karting. Her current business endeavor is 229 Precision, CNC and Fabrication business that was founded to support the racing industry but has since branched out to numerous other industries. Alongside her husband and racing industry veteran Andy O’Gara, they are building a long-term development program aimed at helping their son Danny (11) climb the motorsports ladder, with hopes of reaching IndyCar or NASCAR.

Ed Holloran is a partner at the national law firm of Quarles & Brady, LLP. At Quarles, Ed is the national chair of motorsports law and the office chair of health law in the Indianapolis office. His practice covers a broad range of specialties primarily focused on sports, business, and healthcare. He is the client relationship manager for several of the firm’s largest clients in sectors ranging from energy, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial development and real estate, and motorsports.
Ed splits time between the firm’s Indy office and its Tampa office. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and earned his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University. Outside of work, Ed is the assistant offensive line coach at the nationally ranked Cathedral High School football team in Indy. He and his wife own a small, short term rental business in Speedway, Indiana. He serves on several boards and volunteers at almost all major sporting events in Indy.
William Long is the former President and CEO of MEMA, The Vehicle Suppliers Association, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the interests of automotive component, systems, and technology manufacturers. After joining MEMA in 2012 as a division president, he was named President & CEO in 2019, bringing more than 40 years of executive leadership experience across the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors, including senior roles with Echlin Inc., (Borg-Warner, Accel, Hurst Shifter, and Mr. Gasket brands), Dana Inc., and Proliance International. Under his transformational leadership, MEMA strengthened its position as a leading voice for innovation, vehicle safety, sustainability, and economic growth, while building strategic partnerships with industry, research institutions, and government stakeholders. A recognized advocate and spokesperson, Long has consistently championed policies and initiatives that support a thriving vehicle supplier ecosystem.
Long is known in both the automotive and motorsports communities where he served in executive roles at the IndyCar Series and NASCAR. A lifelong racer and official at the grass-roots level, he has spent four decades as a Chief Starter and in race operations at premier short tracks, later serving as Vice President of Marketing for the IndyCar Series. He currently serves on the boards of the Automotive Hall of Fame and the Center for Automotive Research and has received numerous honors, including the Jack Arute Award of Excellence, Northwood University’s Outstanding Business Leader Award, AWDA’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and the prestigious Triangle Award—the highest honor bestowed by the vehicle supplier community.
Heather Masterson is a a seasoned People Operations executive with enterprise leadership experience spanning motorsports, automotive, and franchised service organizations. She currently serves as Head of People Operations for Spire Motorsports, where she leads all aspects of human resources, including talent strategy, total rewards, retirement programs, compliance, and policy development within a highly technical, fast-paced environment.
In addition to her role at Spire, Masterson serves as a key HR liaison for TWG Motorsports, supporting workforce alignment and people governance across a portfolio of globally recognized motorsports brands, including Andretti Global, Cadillac Formula 1, and TWG GM Performance Power Units. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in harmonizing benefit plans, retirement structures, and people policies across international operations.
Prior to joining Spire Motorsports, Masterson spent over a decade within the Hendrick family of companies. She joined Hendrick Motorsports in 2014 as Human Resources Director, overseeing HR and payroll operations for four NASCAR Cup Series teams and four O’Reilly Auto Parts Series teams, supporting more than 650 employees. In 2020, she was promoted to Shared Services Vice President, where she led a broad enterprise portfolio spanning compliance, facilities, human resources, information technology, legal, payroll, and transportation, strengthening operational rigor and cross-functional alignment at scale.
Her final years with Hendrick were under the Hendrick Automotive Group banner, where she served as Director of Real Estate Operations. In this role, Masterson managed construction, facilities, and related teams across more than 200 locations, overseeing a real estate portfolio exceeding $2 billion for the second-largest privately held automotive dealership group in the United States, with responsibility for operational execution and asset stewardship.
Earlier in her career, Masterson was Corporate Director of Human Resources for Driven Brands Shared Services, Inc., where she led HR operations for a franchising organization supporting more than 1,500 franchise locations and over 400 corporate employees.
Masterson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources, Ethics, and Leadership from DePaul University in Chicago.
Allison Melangton serves as Senior Vice President of Penske Entertainment and Honorary Chair of Women With Drive IV. She oversees marketing, communications, and corporate partnerships for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, playing a critical role in advancing one of the most iconic properties in global motorsports. Since joining Penske Entertainment (formerly Hulman Motorsports) in 2014 as Senior Vice President of Events, Allison has led some of the most historic moments in racing — including the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500 in 2016, recognized as Sports Business Journal’s Sports Event of the Year and the first sold-out Indy 500 since 1911.
A nationally respected sports executive, Allison previously spent 20 years with Indiana Sports Corp., serving her final two years as President and leading the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee as CEO and President. Her career also includes working nine Olympic Games — six as an associate producer for NBC Sports’ gymnastics coverage — earning five Emmy Awards as part of the broadcast production team. She continues to serve on the Boards of the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game, and the St. Vincent Foundation. Recognized as a Sports Business Journal “Game Changer,” a “Living Legend” by the Indiana Historical Society, and a recipient of multiple Lifetime Achievement Awards, Allison is widely regarded as one of the most influential leaders in sports and motorsports today.
Debbie Murphy is a senior engineering and purchasing executive with deep expertise across the global automotive industry. Currently Head of Procurement for TWG GM Performance Power Units in Concord, North Carolina, she leads the team supporting the Cadillac Formula 1 power unit program, overseeing strategic sourcing, startup infrastructure, ERP implementation, and cost-cap optimization in partnership with Finance, Manufacturing, GM, and TWG. Previously, she held multiple executive leadership roles at General Motors, including Global Purchasing Director for Exterior and Interior Trim Commodities and Global Accessories Engineering Director and Chief Engineer. Over the course of her career, she has managed multi-billion-dollar global budgets, delivered significant cost savings, integrated advanced technology roadmaps into supply strategies, mitigated supply chain disruptions, and launched innovative products across Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac portfolios worldwide.
Murphy’s leadership spans North America, China, and global markets, where she has directed engineering organizations, developed new technical centers, advanced EV technologies—including GM’s first EV wall charger—and built high-performing global supply bases. Known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, she has consistently improved workforce performance while exceeding enterprise cost and revenue targets. She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University as a GM Fellow and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
Dr. Terri Talbert-Hatch is an accomplished higher education leader, motorsports advocate, and talent development specialist whose career spans academia, industry, and community engagement. She most recently served as an Administration Consultant for Dallara USA, supporting talent acquisition and education initiatives, following 17 years at the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology at IUPUI where she held roles including Associate Dean for Career and Student Services, Assistant Dean for Student Services, and Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment. A co-founder of the B.S. Motorsports Engineering degree program, Dr. Talbert-Hatch pioneered international study programs in Germany and the UK, launched innovative recruitment and mentoring initiatives for women in engineering, and created the POWER summer camp to inspire high school girls to pursue STEM pathways.
With more than 25 years as an adjunct faculty member teaching courses such as Business of Motorsports and Applied Leadership, and over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a rare blend of academic leadership, industry insight, and passion for advancing women in engineering and motorsports.
Mia Walsh is an accomplished driver, instructor, and leader within the Porsche Club of America (PCA), in her role of National High Performance Driver Education Chair, in charge of HPDE events in USA and Canada. A lifelong enthusiast, Mia drove her first Porsche at sixteen — a Saturn Yellow 1972 914 — and officially joined PCA in 2008 with her husband, Brian, after purchasing a 2007 Cayman. That same year, she attended her first High Performance Driving Event (HPDE) at Summit Point Motorsports Park, igniting a competitive passion that has since spanned more than 300 track days. Advancing to Potomac’s top “Advanced Red” run group by 2013, Mia became a nationally recognized PCA HPDE Instructor, sharing her expertise at premier tracks including Virginia International Raceway, Pitt Race, and Watkins Glen. In 2015, she transitioned to Club Racing with a fully prepared GTB1 2009 Cayman S, earning two third-place podium finishes and the prestigious PCA National Rookie Award in her debut race weekend.
Professionally, Mia brings a strong foundation in business technology and education. After years at an international law firm, she transitioned into teaching information technology at the all-female Catholic high school in Baltimore attended by both she and her daughters. Within PCA’s Potomac Region, she has served in numerous leadership roles over the past 13 years, including Social Chair, Membership Chair, Volunteer Coordinator, Secretary, Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President. During her presidency, Mia championed greater female participation in HPDE programming, leading the launch of Potomac’s first all-women High Performance Driving Clinic in 2021 — an event that sold out in less than a week. She remains committed to advancing driver education programs nationwide and supporting regions and zones across North America.

Tina Barnes-Budd is a seasoned marketing strategist, brand architect, and experiential event leader with a career spanning sports, nonprofit leadership, media, and corporate partnerships. As Senior Director of Marketing for the LPGA Tour, she led tournament marketing strategy, sponsor activation, and national brand initiatives that elevated the visibility of women’s professional golf. She also launched and built the Tour’s first social media program, growing its digital footprint to more than 2.3 million fans and establishing a powerful new platform for athlete storytelling, fan engagement, and sponsor integration.
As the founder of The Social Budderfly, Tina leads a creative marketing agency specializing in brand strategy, sponsorship development, content creation, and large-scale experiential campaigns across sports and entertainment. She has produced national events, directed broadcast and digital storytelling initiatives, managed high-level partner integrations, and built cross-platform marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. Known for her ability to connect big-picture vision with operational precision, she brings clarity and momentum to complex projects while maintaining bold, high-energy brand storytelling.
Tina also serves as Executive Producer of the Women with Drive – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit for Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA), where she oversees event production, strategic partnerships, and content development for one of the industry’s premier leadership gatherings. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with executives, athletes, media networks, and Fortune 500 partners to create platforms that elevate brands, foster community, and open doors for the next generation of leaders in sports and beyond.
